These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Cover-Up (the "Service"), an automated tool that generates cover-up tattoo concepts from a photograph you upload. By completing checkout you accept these Terms. How we handle your personal data is dealt with separately, in our privacy policy.
Parties to this contract
Stripe is the merchant of record for this purchase and is accordingly your counterparty for the sale: it takes your payment, issues your receipt, accounts for any tax due where you live, and is what appears on your card statement. The receipt sent to you names the selling entity. The Service itself is operated by Wundam LLC, c/o Northwest Registered Agent LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States ("we", "us"). We are not the seller of record, but these Terms are ours and they govern your use of the Service. All enquiries: privacy@coverupmy.ink.
What the Service provides
In consideration of a single payment of $9.99, we grant you access to an automated tool for 7 days. During that period the preview watermark is removed and you may generate up to 30 concepts, subject to a limit of 10 in any day. All output is produced automatically. No person works on your file, and the Service is not a design service, a commission or a consultation. The Service is not a subscription: it does not renew, no further sum is taken, and there is nothing for you to cancel.
Nature and limits of the output
Each image is a concept supplied for reference only and is not a finished piece of work. It is intended to be shown to a tattoo artist, who will redraw it at the appropriate size and adapt it to your body. We do not warrant that any particular image, style or result will be produced, or that any concept can be reproduced on skin. We are not a tattoo studio and we are not a medical provider.
Your decision, and your responsibility for it
The Service is an image-generation platform. Every image is produced automatically by an artificial-intelligence model and should be understood on that basis. Whether to have a tattoo applied, to cover an existing tattoo, or to do nothing at all is entirely your own decision. We do not advise you to undergo, or to refrain from undergoing, any procedure. Nothing on this site and nothing in any image it produces constitutes medical, dermatological or other professional advice, or a recommendation for or against any treatment, artist, studio, clinic or method. Tattooing and tattoo removal carry risks, including pain, infection, allergic reaction, scarring and permanent results, and only a qualified professional who examines your skin in person can tell you what applies to you. You act on your own judgement and you accept those risks. You are responsible for what you do with any image the Service produces, including for any use of it that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of another person. Subject only to the section on liability below, we accept no responsibility and no liability for your use or misuse of any image, for any decision you take, or for any loss, injury or damage arising from a procedure you go on to have.
Delivery
Delivery is immediate and digital. Your access opens as soon as your payment succeeds; there is nothing to ship and nothing to await. Stripe sends your receipt and we send the link to your studio by email.
Your right to cancel, and who it runs against
Access opens immediately upon successful payment, at your request. Because Stripe is the merchant of record, your statutory cancellation rights in respect of this purchase run against Stripe, which applies the consumer-protection law of the country in which you purchase, including any cooling-off period that law provides. Such law commonly permits a consumer to give up the cancellation period for digital content supplied immediately, where the consumer requests immediate supply and acknowledges the consequence of doing so; in the United Kingdom the relevant instrument is the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We neither determine nor curtail those rights. The refund described in the next section is additional to them.
Our voluntary 7-day refund
Independently of any right you have by law, we undertake to refund the full $9.99 on request made within 7 days of purchase, calculated from the date of payment and not from the date your access ends. Write to privacy@coverupmy.ink; no reason is required, and anything you have already downloaded remains yours. This undertaking is given voluntarily and does not replace or reduce any statutory right. Stripe, as merchant of record, may also refund a purchase after our undertaking has expired; that decision rests with Stripe, and nothing here is to be read as a refusal on our part after day 7.
Your generation allowance
Your access permits up to 30 concepts over 7 days, subject to a limit of 10 in any day, and is granted to you personally. A concept the Service declines to produce does not count against the allowance. If a fault on our side consumes your attempts before you have received 30 concepts, write to privacy@coverupmy.ink and we will, at your election, extend the allowance or refund you in full.
Material you upload
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You may upload only a photograph you are entitled to upload: an image of your own skin, or an image of a person who has consented to it. You must not upload an image of any person under 18, an image of any person who has not consented, or any material in which you do not hold the necessary rights. You warrant that each photograph you upload complies with this section. We may refuse or discontinue any request, and we will tell you when we do.
Rights in the output
We claim no ownership of the concepts you generate and we do not publish them. You may use them for any lawful purpose, including having them tattooed. You should be aware that images generated by artificial intelligence may not attract copyright protection in your jurisdiction; accordingly we neither grant nor can promise you exclusive rights in any output.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you initiate a chargeback, share or transfer your access, access the Service by automated means, or upload material in breach of the section on material you upload. In all other cases your access simply expires at the end of the 7-day period. There is no renewal and nothing for you to cancel.
Liability
We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or free from error, that any concept will be suitable for reproduction on skin, or what any third party will charge you, and we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any tattoo artist, studio or clinic. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and liability for fraud; this section is to be read subject to that, and if any part of it is held unenforceable the remainder continues to apply. Subject to the foregoing, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms and your use of the Service is limited to the $9.99 you paid.
Reporting content, and complaints
If you believe that anything the Service has produced, or anything another person has done using it, breaches these Terms or is otherwise unlawful, report it to us. Write to privacy@coverupmy.ink with enough detail to identify what you are reporting; if you have them, the date and the concept or session concerned help us find it faster. You do not need to be a user of the Service to report something to us, and you do not need a session identifier or a date: if a photograph of you has been uploaded without your consent, write to us, say so and describe the image, and we will act on that report without asking you for anything you cannot have. We review every report we receive and we respond to the person who made it. Where a report is well founded we act on it, which may include removing material, declining to generate further output from the same request, and suspending or terminating access under the section on suspension and termination above. If you are dissatisfied with how we have handled a report, or with any other aspect of the Service, tell us in the same way and we will look at the matter again. Complaints concerning your payment, your receipt, tax or a refund may also be raised with Stripe as merchant of record.
Changes, governing law and contact
We may amend these Terms. If we do, we will update this page and the date shown at the top; the version applicable to your purchase is the version in force when you completed checkout. These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States. Nothing in these Terms affects any right you have as a consumer under the law of the country in which you live.
